Adding notes to a trip

One free-text space per trip for anything the planner doesn’t structure for you.

Notes is a single free-text field per trip, not per day, opened from the Notes button in the route view. Write anything that doesn’t fit a structured field, packing reminders, a friend’s flight details, a restaurant someone recommended, and save it with the button in the dialog.

Notes are free to write and keep in the planner itself. Seeing them inside an exported PDF needs Adventure+, since PDF export itself is an Adventure+ feature.
