Inviting collaborators to a trip

From a saved trip’s sharing panel, invite people by email, one or several at once. Free trips allow up to 3 collaborators, Adventure+ raises that to 6.

What a collaborator can do

View the full trip, and submit suggestions (move or swap an attraction, add or remove a city, change the pace, propose different dates, or leave a free-text note). Only the trip owner applies suggestions to the actual plan, collaborators can’t edit it directly. Collaborators also get read-only access to bookings, without visibility of the trip’s forwarding email address.

Want them to only view the finished plan, not suggest changes to it? Use a public share link instead, a read-only link anyone can open with no account or invite required.
